Charlotte studied at The Institute of Optimum Nutrition, London where she was also a second year and Year 3 Programme Leader. She works with clients to identify the underlying reasons for health concerns, looking at how the body functions as a whole allow her to make connections between what you eat, how you live, your family history and the factors that have influenced your health and weight. In her many years of seeing clients privately, she has had great success at seeing people lose weight naturally to become healthier, happier and feeling more in control of their lives.
She is the author of 'Lose Weight Now!' and 'Top 100 Recipes for Happy Kids' and also the Expert/ Co-Presenter on Series 3 of the hit BBC3 show 'Freaky Eaters'. Charlotte has been practising yoga for over ten years and studied at the Vajrasati School in Brighton which is certified to 500 hours Teacher Training by the Yoga Alliance. She works with clients in both nutrition and yoga for an all-round body and mind health programme.

She has 16 years in the fitness industry holding degrees in both Physical Education and Education, is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, holds a REPs Level 3 certificate and is a Stott Certified Pilates Instructor. She passionately educates people on exercise, nutrition, health issues and lifestyle changes so they can live a healthy life every day.
Her caring, yet firm attitude makes her a sought after professional in her field. She travels to clients homes, utilises London parks and has access to several key exercise facilities in West London. Her love of being active and healthy allows her to set a realistic example for her clients. Charlene is a regular contributing writer of articles to UK Fit Pro, Can Fit Pro and Fitness Life New Zealand magazines, woman.ca, the-perfect-day.com, pierrecarr.com and femininezone.com and has been featured in both London and Fabric Magazines.
